Your Character:

Name: Occisorr
Class: Rogue
Armory link: Armory
UI Screenshots (1 while in combat as well): Screenshot
RealID: Occisor#2817

Give us an explanation for your gear choices, including why you prioritize certain stats:

For Azerite pieces:
- 1 Shrouded Suffocation is pretty much a must have
- 1 Archive of the Titans is pretty much the same until we leave Uldir for good.
- The last one is pretty much what you have best: Double Dose was my best before, and still don't have a better piece with Nothing Personal (worse Tier2 trait on it) so I'm keeping it for now.
Trinkets: Galecaller's Boon and Harlan's Loaded Dice sims the highest for me so I'm keeping them. I regularly sim (~once every week) all the high iLVL trinkets in my bags to see if anything changed but usually it doesn't at this point in the tier.
Everything else:
Since BfA all bleeds are affected by Haste so it is pretty much off the charts for assassination. Even with 10 stacks of Reorigination Array Haste is almost always good and I'm keeping all the Haste gear in preparation to the next Tier where I lose RA buff... All the other secondary stats are pretty close to each other for my character so any time I get a new piece of gear that might be usable I need to sim it. For M+ and AoE fights I swap gears to have more Crit/Mastery because of how multiple targets with bleeds and poisons give extra energy and I swap my Azerite piece from Double Dose to something else (Another Reorigination array, or I'm currently testing the new Echoing Blades and it looks pretty nice)

Do you have any logs from your recent raids?
8.1 logs
8.0 logs

Personal information:

Age: 29
Country: Hungary
Do you have any upcoming events or plans that will make you unavailable for a long period of time (such as holidays/exams, etc)?
Nothing planned yet, maybe like 1-2 weeks in summer but that is too far to say yet. I always give like 2-3 months heads up if possible.

Meeting the requirements:

What is your normal latency(ms) and FPS during raids? (Ideally give us the specs of your PC).
- 30-40ms
- Stable 60 FPS with V-Sync (i7 4790, 16Gb DDR3, SSD, 1080 OC)

Can you raid on all of our raid days (Wednesday, Sunday, Monday)?
Yes, all days are fine and in case we need to move any of the days I am available almost all nights with the exception of Fridays most of the time :)

Do you have Discord installed and are you willing to speak?
Yes I have it installed, and I am more than willing to speak :P

Your Raiding Background:

Please give a brief overview of your guild history and what is the reason for leaving your current/last guild?

Uldir + finishing Antorus:
Aurora Nox Current - Most people don't really care about the game anymore and they cba to be prepared for Mythic fights or to push for higher ranks or farm Azerite or literally do anything else than logging in for raids and instantly log off after raid is over. Most of the topics that come up in guild chat or discord is about how they hate the game and how shit it is (even the parts that they don't even play, like PVP...) and its getting way too annoying so I decided to look for another guild.

Finishing Nighthold to 9/11 Antorus:
Dark Substance - Guild Master fucked the guild over back in Antorus and players started to leave (like 5-8 of them) so we called raiding without finishing Antorus so I left to actually finish the tier... It was a really good guild and we could have achieved much better progress but the GM threw it all away because of a girl... -.-

Going up until 7/10 Nighthold:
Wheelchair Corporation - Hungarian casual guild with IRL friends. I have played in that guild for ever but around Nighthold we had so many stupid issues that we couldn't tolerate anymore so the carry people all migrated to better international guilds or quit wow.

What is your raiding experience? (starting with the most recent Tier(s))

BfA:
8/8 Uldir CE

Legion:
Antorus: 11/11 CE
ToS: 9/9 CE
Nighthold: 10/10 CE
ToV: 3/3 CE
EN: 7/7 CE

Before Legion we killed all the bosses in Mythic but only after nerfs.

What websites/resources do you use to keep yourself updated on the game and your class?
- MMO Champion (general info)
- Ravenholdt.net (rogue related info) + Discord
- Warcraftlogs (check out what other rogues do)
- Wowhead, Youtube (for guides on bosses and classes, general information, patch note evaluation, etc)
- Raidbots
- herodamage.com (for sim results)

What do you expect from us?
A raid environment where the people actually want to get better and want to play the game. It's really not the case in my current guild and it slowly drains everyone's energy.

Do you know anyone in the guild, if yes who?
I don't think I know anyone.

Where did you hear about us? (WoW Progress, MMO Champion etc.)
WoW Progress

Lastly, is there anything else you'd like to mention?
My logs might not be the shiniest but I will never hide from anything extra to do on a boss if it helps out the raid overall. If I can soak something so other 5 people don't have to move I'll be glad to soak it. If I need to hold my abilities for almost a full duration of their cooldown just to focus down priority add that the raid struggles with I will do so. And in case the raid leader needs help with marking stuff I am happy to help with those as well. (I was solo marking Mythic Odyn last phase for the runes while doing really good dmg and not fucked up once)

Hi Occisorr,

Many thanks for your application, however it has been unsuccessful.

Lack of top tier progression logs and high level experience are the reasons. All the best in your search.
