Give us an explanation for your gear choices, including why you prioritize certain stats:
Azerite traits largely depend on the encounter. I am largely limited this current tier to the few pieces I have, however I am still able to give some insight. The two to three traits my gear mainly switches between are Shrouded Suffocation, Twist the Knife and Archive. On a fight like Taloc , where there are no periods needed to burst I will run Twist the Knife over my Shrouded suffocation piece (Chest). This is because my Twist The knife sims higher on sustained ST than Shrouded Suffocation as I run Toxic Blade. However on a fight like Fetid Devourer I will run Shrouded Suffocation. This is because Shrouded Suffocation is much better at dealing large damage in a short burst of time , meaning it is perfect for priority damage on the adds. I'd run double Archive on a fight like G'huun where it has time to ramp up to full stacks before the imporant last phase comes and thus will provide more damage than both the other traits in the important phase of the fight.
Stat wise I listen to sims. Haste is #1 prio on boss fights as being able to generate additional energy from your bleed ticks frequently increases your sustained output largely. Crit and Mastery fall close behind as mastery allows my bleeds to tick harder and crit gives an increased chance at proccing additional combo points.
Do you have any logs from your recent raids?

Meeting the requirements:
What is your normal latency(ms) and FPS during raids? (Ideally give us the specs of your PC).
I maintain a solid 25-40 MS during raids. My fps also holds around 40 on most encounters. I rarely drop below 30. However I am getting a new computer on the 7th of January so my FPS being somewhat on the low end will be getting fixed soon.
Can you raid on all of our raid days (Wednesday, Sunday, Monday)?
Yes, these are the perfect raid days/times for me.
Do you have Discord installed and are you willing to speak? Yes
Your Raiding Background:
I started Mythic raiding in Tomb of Sargeras and quickly came to love it. During this tier I was a part of <Aeonic>, we finished the tier 9/9 M World 460 whilst raiding 2 days a week. In Antorus I managed to achieve 10/11 Mythic with over 170+ pulls on Argus before I had to sadly step away from the game due to personal issues I had at the time (now resolved). <Aeonic> went on to finish the tier 11/11 M World 600 whilst raiding 2 days a week. In Uldir I'm currently 8/8 M , which I was able to achieve with my current guild.
Please give a brief overview of your guild history and what is the reason for leaving your current/last guild?
In Legion I was a part of <Aeonic> . Come BFA I had to leave them as I could no longer make their Thursday raid day. I started Uldir and within a few weeks the new guild I joined <Intense Intents> had disbanded. I transferred over to Ragnaros and joined <First Blood> , however they also disbanded within a few weeks of me joining. After This I transferred back to Twisting Nether and joined <Be Humble>. I'm looking to leave them as I would like to start raiding with a more serious guild with long term goals that line up with my own.
What is your raiding experience? (starting with the most recent Tier(s))
8/8 M Uldir (World 885)
10/11 M Antorus (personal issues) - Guild went on to finish 11/11 M World 600
9/9 M Tomb (World 460)
What websites/resources do you use to keep yourself updated on the game and your class?
For the most part I will look at sims through Icy-veins or Bloodmallet. Keep up to date on changes through Rogue discord and WoWhead and I also regularly look through / compare logs to see how I can improve my performance. Also I always use raidbots to frequently sim my character and keep up to date on my best gear / gear combinations.
What do you expect from us?
I expect a guild who's long term goals fall in line with my own. I expect to progress bosses as fast as possible and push ranks with high quality leadership and players.
Do you know anyone in the guild, if yes who?
Where did you hear about us? (WoW Progress, MMO Champion etc.)
Lastly, is there anything else you'd like to mention?
Thanks for taking the time to look over my application.
