Give us an explanation for your gear choices, including why you prioritize certain stats: Crit is of course the main stat for paladin, because it strongly synergizes with holy shock, increasing the amount of infusion of light procs. The other stats are very situational however, as their value vary boss to boss.
Haste is really good and increasing overall output, especially with crusader's might, reducing cd on crusader strike, holy shock and judgement, which is great when running that talent. The downside with haste is that it increases the amount of mana you use, seeing as it lets you cast more spells, decreasing its value on longer bosses. It therefore varies a lot between boss to boss.
Mastery is also very situational, because it requires you to be near the player you heal, making it terrible for fights that spreads the entire group over a large area, such as Ghuun in Uldir. However mastery actually outvalues crit on fights that lets the entire group be in close proximity of you, such as p1 of Opulence or Vectis.
Versatility is just a flat out healing and damage increase, aswell as a DR. It is quite nice in situations where both haste and mastery's value is quite low, where the group is spread on a really long fight, such as Ghuun.
I tend to go for haste as my 2nd stat because I really like the playstyle of crusader's might, and I usually have a good idea of how much mana I can spend.

Lastly, is there anything else you'd like to mention? I enjoy pushing myself to my limit, improving myself and facing the hardest challanges. I try my best to work as a team, give (and take) advice and critique. Thats why I find m+ very enjoyable, its a great challange that requires both deticated personal skill and teamwork. I do every thing to imrpove, and have done so, greatly actually, and with a passion to keep improving I will continue to do so. Contant me if I missed something or you need any or clarification.
