Give us an explanation for your gear choices, including why you prioritize certain stats:
As a balance druid I'm aiming to get streaking stars on each azerite pice and one arcanic pulsar. Other azerite depends on the fight but for pure ST covenant is my choice. As for stats balance druid favors haste and mastery and I tend to go for haste since if you have to little your rotation seems cluncy and beeing used to alot of haste from Legion just makes it all flow so much better. But then again when another stat starts outweighing haste I'll ofc swap to a gear choice wich favors that stat.
Do you have any logs from your recent raids? Please provide extensive narrative as to why some logs are below average / anything specific you want us to take note of.
I've got some below avergae parses on stormwall and Jaina and this was due to me handeling storms as a back up on stormwall and on Jaina we had to stop dps to not oush to early in to P3 on several kills. As for Cabal my parse there is lower due to me tanking the ranged boss for the first 200 pulls and then we realized my dps was needed and I had not had to many tries as DPS when we got the kill but it was sufficent anyways.

Yes and yes
Your Raiding Background:
Please give a brief overview of your guild history and what is the reason for leaving your current/last guild?
I've been in a few guilds over my raiding days. Always been an officer or part of the tactics for progression. In Legion I joined winRaR (who later became unnecessary flame at the start of BFA). My reason today for leaving is due to UF disbanding when our RL wanted to step down.
What is your raiding experience? (starting with the most recent Tier(s)).
BFA and Legion (wich I find most relevant and can remember to date)
Cabal rank 116 (3 days raiding)
Jaina rank 136 (3 days raiding)
G'huun rank - 225 (3 days raiding)
Argus rank - 390 (2 days raiding)
Kil'jaeden rank - 437 (2 days raiding)
What websites/resources do you use to keep yourself updated on the game and your class?
I mostly use the druid discord Dreamgrove and look at mmo-champion and wowhead for wow updates.
What do you expect from us?
To have a good time raiding and in the meanwhile progress at a steady pace. From the look of things you guys seem to share my point of views on wow and raiding. I love to progress raid and will do whatever is needed of me for the guild to progress. Be it sitting out, rerolling you name it (within reasons ofc :D)
Do you know anyone in the guild, if yes who?
Afraid not :(
Where did you hear about us? (WoW Progress, MMO Champion etc.)
Lastly, is there anything else you'd like to mention?
I've always loved progression raiding and during those close to kill pulls is when I enjoy the game the most. But I also enjoy the teamspirit of it all, always trying to help out my team and do whatever is needed of me to get us the kill. Be it stepping out if my class is not viable or swapping roles to tank and do the "dirty" work. (Example: I was the 3d so called soak tank at Argus P3). So in short I'm a very versatile player and if it needs to be done I'm the guy for it (if possible for my class). I'm open to critique and can take it and can also dish it out if it's needed (tho I think it should go through the officers). And my motto is that one can always improve so if there is someone who can do it better (usualy are) then I'm very glad to take their help to help me improve.
Thanks for taking your time to read my application.
