Your Character:

Name: Thamradhel
Class: Shaman
Armory link:
UI Screenshots (1 while in combat as well):
RealID: Thamradhel #2907

Give us an explanation for your gear choices, including why you prioritize certain stats:
As a Resto Shaman I basically like all stats, so it's not really hard to prioritize what gear I choose. Crit and Versatility are best for most situations, where especially crit helps to keep up my mana pool, due to my passive Resurgence. I try to keep my haste from going too high. It is a great stat to increase troughput, but makes me burn through mana very quickly.

Do you have any logs from your recent raids? Please provide extensive narrative as to why some logs are below average / anything specific you want us to take note of.
These are my logs. On my page there are only logs from my most recent raid. We did private logging untill we killed Jaina, so my only logs are from a single raid. I think they are not that great, but at least opulence can be explained by the fact that i was on the right side which isnt that much healing to do. We still 5 heal Mekka, which doesnt make the fight great for healing logs either.

Personal information:

Age: 26
Country: Netherlands
Do you have any upcoming events or plans that will make you unavailable for a long period of time (such as holidays/exams, etc)?
No holidays planned, but i do have 2 exams near the beginning of july. This usually doesnt mean i can't raid, since i plan my studying in advance to be able to raid.

Meeting the requirements:

What is your normal latency(ms) and FPS during raids? (Ideally give us the specs of your PC).

usually around 20ms and 60-70 fps.

Can you raid on all of our raid days (Wednesday, Sunday, Monday)? In addition, if raid days are moved will this cause a problem?
Yes, i'm availble on those days, moving raiddays wont be a problem either.

Do you have Discord installed and are you willing to speak?

Your Raiding Background:

Please give a brief overview of your guild history and what is the reason for leaving your current/last guild?

I haven't taken raiding seriously before Antorus, so i have no notable guilds before that. Since Antrous i have been in Fat Mess on Tarren mill. I'm currently healing officer there. I want to step down from being an officer at the moment and i think with this happening it might be a good time to swap guilds aswell. I want to give the people stepping up to the officer position the chance to build their own way of leading the guild without old officers hanging around.

What is your raiding experience? (starting with the most recent Tier(s)).
CE in Battle for Dazal'alor, Uldir and Antorus. Before that as stated above i was raiding more casually so i through legion i killed a few mythic bosses each tier without getting to CE.

What websites/resources do you use to keep yourself updated on the game and your class?
Most importantly the Resto Shaman discord, Ancestral guidance website and the spreadsheet they provide there. The discord is a great place for discussing current builds and asking advice on playing or not playing certain talents. The spreadsheet however is probably the best resource they provide, since it can calculate what traits and trinkets to pick based on your own playstyle.

What do you expect from us?
I expect a stable raid environment where people are looking to push themselves and the guild towards a better guild ranking. This mostly means for me that people actually concistently show up to raids and do the stuff they need to do to maximize their character.

Do you know anyone in the guild, if yes who?

Where did you hear about us? (WoW Progress, MMO Champion etc.)
I was looking for guilds on wowprogress and this guild seemed like a good fit for me.

Lastly, is there anything else you'd like to mention?
I play all the healing classes at a decent level and wouldnt mind swapping to them for certain fights if it is needed.

What’s the reason jaina log was private, also can you explain why you’ve only done it once as well as crucible hc cleared a single time has the guild been on a break ? I only ask this because you mention optimising characters

We had all logs on private before the first kill on every endboss as a guild policy. Our GM saw this as a way to discourage logwhoring. The guild has hit a rough patch in terms of attendance and general motivation on raiders in the last few months, so our usual hc evening quickly died down after the first clear of Crucible Hc. I could ofc have done more clears, but since i already have the trinket from last boss there is not alot of loot for me to get there.

Hi Tham,

Many thanks for your application. Unfortunately due to logs and experience we have decided to go with someone else. All the best in the future.
