Your Character:

Name: Zarathós - Stormscale (EU)
Class: Warlock
Armory link:
UI Screenshots (1 while in combat as well):
RealID: Tppocius#2533

Give us an explanation for your gear choices, including why you prioritize certain stats:
Most of the gear choices now days are dictated by raidbot sims ( if you choose all the correct circumstances you can figure out what would be the better choice when it comes to gear ), seeing as benthic gear this raid tier is so strong it's only natural one would aim to obtain all of them as i have done as it an incredible damage increase. As my character stands now it's fully focused on single target damage ( my guild was progressing it at the time before roster issues occurred ), currently i'm prioritizing crit > haste > vers > mastery, with the 8.2 launch affliction stat priority changed quite massively with additions like [Pocket-Sized Computation Device] with [Cyclotronic Blast] red punch card as it's damage scales really well with versatility and ofc when it crits it's very overpowered, furthermore [Leviathan's Lure] trinket has the same upsides as the Device as well as most of the azerite gear from EP has got Inevitable Demise trait that's utilized best with high crit and reasonable amount of haste. Apart from all this gearing is mostly determined by the actual fight in some cases it's spec defined as well which requires further gear manipulation.

Do you have any logs from your recent raids? Please provide extensive narrative as to why some logs are below average / anything specific you want us to take note of. most recent and perhaps the most relevant ones i could find. Not many bosses and since the first 3 are quite easy i think being brief is the best decision: Abyssal Commander Sivara - played it decently as far as mechanics and rather underwhelming dmg wise, as for my death nearing the ending soak party ppl failed to come to help with soaking hens me and the only person who tried to soak ( out of a group of 3 - 4 who were supposed to come ) died. Blackwater Behemoth - played this fight quite sloppy as for my dmg, focused more on placing gateways later on to maximize raids damage a bit too much at a far too great of a cost of my damage ( which obviously was a mistake from my side as i did not plan it out too well ). Radiance of Azshara - do not have any complaints on this fight with my performance, we had ppl die in second add group so had far too much downtime doing nothing waiting for them to catch up. Lady Ashvane - we did not kill it ( we should have had it tho ) so in summary i just did my best to maximize my damage and perform all the mechanics correctly with as little downtime on the boss as possible. In summary id like to say that first 3 bosses are really easy with Ashvane being an actual progression fight, but regardless i'm not one of those people who care overly much about their logs in rankings and what not, i'm much more comfortable in doing the " bitch jobs " as one would call it doing the individual mechanics to make everyone else's life easier moving forward in progress and even on farm.
Personal information: Currently have a full time job, studied industrial management, a bit of a chatterbox once i get to know ppl outside of raid hours or during farm ( if it's not too disturbing ), gym and sports in general enthusiast, in general a very communicable person, wow and more specifically raiding is my main hobby.

Age: 23

Do you have any upcoming events or plans that will make you unavailable for a long period of time (such as holidays/exams, etc)? No.

Meeting the requirements:

What is your normal latency(ms) and FPS during raids? (Ideally give us the specs of your PC).
Latency - 30 / 32, FPS varies from 60 to 120 ( depending on the encounter or visuals of the fights but that can always be adjusted as i play with ultra settings most of the time ). Processor; Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60Hz 2.60 GHZ, 8 GB (RAM), SSD.
Can you raid on all of our raid days (Wednesday, Sunday, Monday)? In addition, if raid days are moved will this cause a problem? Yes i can, only reason i would not be able to come is if some emergency occurs but regardless id inform any such issues as soon as i possibly could to avoid any raid delays or issues.

Do you have Discord installed and are you willing to speak? Yes of course.

Your Raiding Background: Classic to Cataclysm ( AQ upto Dragon soul ), Legion ( Gul'Dan / Kil'jaden / Argus cutting edges ), BFA ( Uldir 7/8 , BoD 9/9 , CoS 1/2 , and EP 3/8 ).

Please give a brief overview of your guild history and what is the reason for leaving your current/last guild? Current guild [Status] leaders decided to disband to lack of attendance that started on week two of EP Mythic, ppl simply stopped showing up on time or say they will not be able to make it 10 minutes before the raid was supposed to happen making it harder and harder to call in fill ins every week ( one of our main tanks was one of those people so it made progress even more difficult) so i decided to look for a new guild that would be 2 / 3 day's a week and would share my enthusiasm about progression.

What is your raiding experience? (starting with the most recent Tier(s)). ToS - Kil'jaden 329; Antorus - Argus 432; BoD - Jaina 402; CoS - Cabal 212;

What websites/resources do you use to keep yourself updated on the game and your class? Raidbots , Warcraft Logs, MMO Champion, Youtube , Twitch ( gather information from bleeding edge raiders or ppl in general with higher or similar progression ).

What do you expect from us? Clear content swiftly with the raid hours we have, make some friends and in general have a blast doing what i love with like minded individuals.

Do you know anyone in the guild, if yes who? No.

Where did you hear about us? (WoW Progress, MMO Champion etc.)
You were mentioned to me by a few friends as a suggestion to join as my current guild fell apart after attendance issues, so naturally i WoW Progress'ed you guys.
Lastly, is there anything else you'd like to mention? Just eagerly awaiting your reply, if any further questions occur id be happy to answer them as best i can.

Thank you for taking the time to read my application hoping to hear from you soon.

Hi Zarathos,

Many thanks for your application. Unfortunately our roster is quite stacked at present and I don't see how I could accommodate you without a lot of bench time. Therefore, I am going to have to decline.

All the best in your search.
